Hi there, I’m Liz Duffy, co-founder of Trifecta, and I have spent my career in the behavioral healthcare and wellness industries. My background includes leadership roles in clinical, operational, and executive positions, where I’ve had the opportunity to guide growth and create successful strategic plans across various sectors as well as develop clinical proficiencies for a diverse range of clients.
A quote that guides me in both my personal and professional life is:
"The rewards of being honest with ourselves are priceless." – A.A.
It reminds me that self-awareness is a continuous and often challenging process that begins within, but the freedom, peace, clarity, and strength I gain from it are beyond measure.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving in C-suite and executive roles at both startups and established organizations. In these positions, I’ve worked to build collaborative ecosystems across marketing, business development, community relations, philanthropic efforts, and board operations, ensuring that everything aligns with the organization’s mission and goals while maintaining my clinical work with clients. I’m dedicated to helping others and finding creative, effective solutions to meet their needs. My entrepreneurial drive keeps me focused on generating innovative paths forward for my clients, partners, and the Trifecta team.
I hold an MBA with a specialization in International Business Studies from Florida Atlantic University, and I’m a Florida Board Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), a Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP), and an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC).
Outside of work, I’m an avid runner, having completed multiple ultramarathons and marathons worldwide, often serving as an ambassador for mental health-related charities. I’m also a bestselling writer. When I’m not working or running, I love going to concerts and traveling with my husband, our two bonus boys, and our dog Lady Jessica of House Atreides.
